08 Data Retention

2jet retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention principles:

• Active account data: Retained for the full duration of your registered 2jet account and for a minimum of five years following account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping obligations under our gaming licence.
• KYC verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of verification, or longer if required by our licensing authority.
• Transaction records: All PKR deposit, withdrawal, and betting transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years for regulatory and audit purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the last communication, unless the communication relates to an unresolved dispute or regulatory investigation.

• Right to restriction of processing: You may request that 2jet restrict the processing of your personal data in certain defined circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of the data or where you have objected to processing.
